Hmm.. So you're getting all the headers when you print mail? That's 
probably because you have View Full Header selected. That option aplies 
to both printing and viewing. Sadly the viewing part is broken but the 
printing part still honours it. So, if you want normal headers, just 
select View Normal Headers and printing will print normal headers.
