Yes, I have and it's not  t h a t  b a d, but it certainly isn't as easy 
as just having the header in the same widget as the rest of the text.

Additionally, there's the time and motion problem of dancing back and 
forth between the mouse and the keyboard (Ctrl-U), not exactly great for 
what is essentially a mouse oriented app.  I could live with having the 
Ctrl-U command appear in the popup menu for the message text pane, and 
therefore, mouse accessible.

I still find it repugnant that functionality is being sacrificed for 
looks.  Why not put the body of the message in the same widget as the 
header?  By not putting the whole message in that header type widget, 
the designer seems to be conceding that there is something that the user 
would want to do with it.  And what is it that the user would want to do 
with the body that he wouldn't want to do with the header?
