Go to Message Folder: In new window?!

The Go to Message Folder in Netscape 4 reused the existing window.  Ever 
since it's been implemented in Mozilla, it has been opening a new 
window.  I just got build 2001102203 and it's still there.  Am I the 
only one getting this problem?
