I have experienced the same problem. My assumption (based on my
experience), is that when the inbox exceeds 10MB, something odd occurs.
What I experience is that the right pane is no longer refreshed, while
my mouse indicates there are some 80 messages.
What I have done, in order to be able to receive further messages, was
to rename the inbox items in the mozilla directory to something named
oinbox (oldinbox). This causes Mozilla to create a new inbox. I have
informed Netscape about this, but have (as usual) not received an answer
(except for the automated reply).

Although the mail box now shows an oinbox, the right pane is not updated
when I select it. I have no answer on how this must (can) be solved.

Kind regards.
