In the HTML mail from Ben Ruppel, I indeed don't see the second row of
smilies. There actually seem to be several bugs:
* The smily images don't show up at all. This is dataloss. Probably,
the image file reference in the Mozilla stylesheet is fautly. The
bug should only appear when viewed with Mozilla.
* There is a <span>, which says nothing (no attribute)
* The spans don't just cover the smily. but also spaces around it.

There are countless of smilies. We never intended to recognize them all.
