I am at a loss, I have searched the net over for someone else mentioning
that the Message Filters dialog is broken, but found nothing! So it has
to be something on my end, but what I can not fathom.

I have tried the Mozilla that came with Red Hat 7.2 (0.9.2.4 or
something), I've built Mozilla 0.9.5 (how the hell do you separate
mozilla from the 500M of source, damnit), and Netscape 6.2, all three of
them behave the exact same way.

I am on a bunch of mailing lists, I get system messages from two
separate computers I have to keep track of, and I like to keep this
stuff separate. Netscape 4 filters work fine (er, most of the time) but
message filters in Mozilla do not seem to be even enabled, clicking New
does nothing, when it imported my profile and my messages from NS4 the
filters came with it, yet still do nothing (all mail ends up in Inbox).

Surely I'm doing something wrong, anyone know?
