default e-mail program

I'm running Win ME and want to set Mozilla as my default e-mail program. 
Windows Internet Options only gives me the choice of Outlook Express or 
Hotmail. Can't seem to find in Edit-Preferences a way to change this to 
Mozilla. Help! Thanks.
