I use Mozilla as my primary browser and mail client, and so does my GF. With 07.11 nightly build I found that my GF's user profile lost the ability to connect to SMTP server. Nothing at all is done, trying to send the message instantly pops up the message in the vein of "could not connect to the SMTP server". netstat shows that no connection has been attempted. My own profile hasn't been affected in any way. I've dug in prefs.js, but found nothing of interest.
