If your old and new disks will have the same profile folder i.e. C:\Documents And Settings\Jacek Chmiel\Application Data\Mozilla then as long as you back up and restore the Mozilla folder and all of its subfolders you will back up all your profiles. If your old disk uses a different profile folder, then after the restore (to the same location is easiest), start Mozilla with the -profilemanager argument and ask to create your profile in the .slt subfolder. If you don't restore to the same location you will have to manually fix all the folder names in the profile :-(
