Hi,
I saw this in the release notes, perhaps it could help you :
Mozilla does not warn the user of a low disk space condition. (Bugs 57902,
32443, 56565) Some symptoms you may see are:
...
* IMAP: Status text indicates there are new messages to retrieve, but no
new messages appear in the Inbox. Quit Mozilla , free some disk space,
re-start Mozilla , and try again.
