I was wondering if there's any way of catching up all newsgroups, to a
particular date? I'm guessing not...

Except in one area... am I the only one having this (haven't had a
chance to look on bugzilla):
Upon using the Next button after reading the last message in a group,
there's a long delay (up to 10 secs) before the dialog asking whether to
advance to another group appears. This is new in 0.9.6 compared to 0.9.5.
