Same issue here. I edited the file by hand (ensuring Mozilla wasn't
running), and it fixed it. Look for the pref.js file within your profile
directory, and find the line relevant to your account... something like
the following:-
user_pref("mail.identity.id5.fcc_folder",
"mailbox://nobody@Local%20Folders/Sent");
