try disk defraging your HD, and using the real uninstaller from 
add/remove programs.. and delete your profiles directories.. and delete 
your mozilla.org directory then reinstall mozilla, and create a new 
profile.. you should then have such issues that you see.. its all your 
computer that needs to be maintained and used properly.
