user_pref for mail plaintext editor

I finally upgraded my nightly from one that was quite old, and ended up 
redoing my prefs file... and I can't find the pref to use the plaintext 
editor instead of the HTML editor to compose.

Huh, funny, apparently news knows which editor to use :-)
