Importing old NS-Folders

Hi,
I updated from NS 4.7 to 6.2. Problem is, that I had special folders in 
NS4.7, which I used as "knowledge base" f.i. for vb, word, excel and so 
on. I saved these old folders in a special folder on the disc and didn't 
cope with the problem, importing these in NS6.2.
Can anybody help me there?
