It works on Linux (which is my platform), so you might have luck and it 
runs on a Mac OS X console.

I don't remember the name, mostly because there were several derivations 
of it and many had tivial names like oe2mailbox or similar. freshmeat 
<http://freshmeat.net> or SourceForge <http://www.sf.net> might help you 
finding them.

Mozilla and Netscape 4.x both use the same standard format, called 
(BSD-style) "mailbox". Ignore the msf files of Mozilla.

Yes, but unfortunately, this hardly works, if you have many folders - 
you have to create/copy each of them manually.
