german "umlaute"

changed to NS6.1, but my newsgroup-texts seem to be shown wrong.
I'm german, and the "�,�,�-Umlaute" come as signs like "ü", I hope, you 
can read it as i wrote it.
What is to do, that I get german Umlaute correctly?
