My was only a technical question, I didn't want to start a discussion
about the implications of the bug (or feature, you choose how to call it).
For the reason why one would like to post to a group without being subscribed
one is when you want to post an annoucement, which is in topic, to a
group you're not subscribed, like it happened to me.
