I would just like to point out since I think it is a great enhancement
that this bug has been fixed in recent Mozilla builds. Mozilla now
reads changes to its mail folders every time you focus the folder.
However, you still can't create entirely new folders by copying in mbox
type files(, but you could always create a blank folder with the right
name and then overwrite the blank folder with the file you are importing
and you would never have to restart Mozilla).
