I am not 100% confident that this is not Mozilla's fault when the 
strictly_mime_headers is turned off. It was a guess -- some severs do 
this sort of thing. The problem message was in text/plain; 
format=flowed. If the server is not doing this, then we need some 
additional conditions which will cause this problem. We need to have the 
following type of info.

1. Encoding used
2. What format (plain, HTML, plain via HTML conversion)
3. Other possible mail settings in prefs.js that we don't know about.

I tried 8859-1, 8859-15, Windows-1252 and have not reproduced this 
problem yet.
If Holger can reproduce this problem easily, I suggest that he file a 
bug and provide info like the above.
