Return Receipt in Netscape Mail 6.2.1

I took a quick look to see if this was already answered and couldn't 
find it.  I've used Netscape 4.7 for years and occasionally need the 
return receipt flag set to make sure that destination is valid.  I 
cannot find where this feature can be selected in 6.2.  Please help.
