I'm trying to add a Mozilla mail account for my yahoo e-mail. On the Server Information screen, I select POP for the incoming server and enter pop.mail.yahoo.com in the Server Name field. The error message 'Please enter a valid hostname' is displayed. I am running Mozilla on Windows NT.
When I try the above setup using Mozilla on another computer (running Windows 2000), the setup works fine - the entry for pop.mail.yahoo.com is accepted and I can send and receive mail using my yahoo e-mail id. Does anyone have any idea why the exact same setup works on one computer but not another? Thanks for your help Dom
