AIM (from Netscape 6) probably installs itself as a sidebar in your address book. If you can access Customize Sidebar that could probably get rid of it, you may need to customize the sidebar from Netscape 6. Otherwise I believe the information is stored in panel.rdf, you could try editing that file with a text editor (but not while Mozilla is running!).
