The bonus is that it works extremely well for Germany (and presumably a 
few other countries <http://maps.yahoo.com>, too).
It didn't let itself distract from a the state value, which is not used 
in Germany (although we do have states), so "state" doesn't have a 
canonical format. I can enter any crap there and it still works.
Yahoo! Maps even knows street numbers (!), so it marked almost exactly 
my house. :-)
The Yahoo guys rock!

There's one getcha, though: Yahoo doesn't accept country codes in upper 
case - they must be lower case. What, if the "card" has the country code 
in upper case? I don't know, how the Mozilla code treats that.
