know exactly who to contact with that information.  I was wondering if there
was some work around that I missed, but apparently not.  I will just have to
send using the dial-up, which will limit my message size.  That usually is
not a problem.  Thank you for indicating the nature of the problem and that I
did, in fact, not miss anything in the attempts to use that port.
