Hi, Everyone: I am new to using Netscape email. I have no problem sending or receiving email via the browser/web email.
Not so when using the nice Netscape 6.2 email (the one that looks and feels something like Outlook or Outlook Express). I can receive email, but cannot send. It just runs and runs with the message window "Connecting to Server", but never actually connects/sends. When I finally hit cancel, I get this error: "Sending of message failed. Please verify that your Mail and Newsgroup settings are correct and try again." My Mail and Newsgroup settings are the default settings of Netscape WebMail: Mail Server type is IMAP, server name is imap.mail.netcenter.com. The outgoing server (SMTP) is smtp.netscape.net. HELP!
