Import Netscape Email Back Into Netscape

Is there anyway to import netscape email back into netscape?  I saved
all my email (700 MB) on a cd and was wondering if there is any way to
import it back into netscape?  I'm using 4.79.  Any help is
appreciated.  Thanks.
