Hi Roul,

WHOW !!! Your Mozilla uses up 22 MB !!! How did you do that???
My always use 41 MB - 60 MB RAM !!!!!

(sorry for being cynical ;-))

Yes, I know that's the little problem with Mozilla he needs more Ram
than I had storage space on my first harddisk. I actually hate that but
I don't think it will go down. Even if the bring it down by 20% which, I
think is over-optimistic it would be still 30 - 45 MB. So all I can tell
you is that initially I had 128 MB Ram on my PC under Windows 2000. I
graded up to 512 MB basically only to be able to use Mozilla.

AFAIK not as a package. (I think to many components are shared between
the different Mozilla application. It wouldn't be significant smaller)

In respect of your question: 'Is it possible to download and install the
Mail/News-App only?'
YES

Your question about Mozilla's memory usage - it would have belonged to
news:netscape.public.mozilla.general - but it's ok ;-)

Cheers
