Mozilla (and Netscape) mail folders are actually standard UNIX-
style mailboxes, without the ".mbx" extension. This is a very
widely supported mailbox format.

Simply save the desired mail folders from Mozilla (remember, no
extension, so Inbox is "Inbox", etc) and add the ".mbx"
extension. Similarly, you can move a "*.mbx" file INTO Mozilla
by copying it into the MAIL\Local Folder directory, and removing
the "MBX" extension. When you start Mozilla, it will create a
summary file (*.msf) and you'll see the folder in Mozilla Mail's
Local Folder.
