You won't receive an answer either. They don't answer back very often. Usually Netscape will install into a different folder. Try searching for your mail file under the mail folder of the old version. You can get older versions of Netscape from www.tucows.com. Perhaps if you reinstall the older version, you will be able to import the mail back in. Good luck.
