It's on your news server.
In Mail, select your news server, then right-click and select
"subscribe". A list of all newsgroups will be downloaded for
you to choose from. If it's the first time you've accessed the
server, it can take a while to download all the groups.
If you want to see groups that have been ADDED since your last
round of searching, click the "Refresh" button.
