Er, I hadn't before...but now that I do the pref seems
to be having an effect
Comments:
1) I had a exception violation when I did this with
9.7 on Windows against a Courier-Imap server,
however 9.8+ didn't seem to have a problem.
2) 9.8+ also seems to work with Cyrus Imap server
3) d/l speed ~200 headers/sec (good enough for me!)
