Edit --> Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings... --> Outgoing Server (SMTP) --> Server Name: localhost (or use Advanced button to add to list) Mozilla and PostCast will use port 25 by default, so stick with that. If you have changed the hostname of your computer, use that instead. You should find out the name of your cable ISP's mail server. It's probably already set up to relay mail for users on the network.
