Can you start a bug, and include which build you are using?
Also, what's the value of your "mail.default_sendlater_uri" pref?
The default is:
pref("mail.default_sendlater_uri","mailbox://nobody@Local%20Folders/Unsent%20Messages");
Also include in the bug report when this started happening.
