How to move folders from default location

Hi,

Mozilla 0.9.8
WIN2K.

I want to move the folders where Mozilla keeps all my Mails/News
postings.

How do I do that. I can't see an option. I do see the path
of the local folder in server settings option but I don't
know how it can he changed.
