Yes, I knew it.
I send lots HTML style message to peoples.
If the option is used to turn on/off this feature,
why not set it to "Disable" ? This means that if users who
want to inset image without alertnatiive text, they won't
turn off the option each time(each image file).

I think this may be more meaningful to this option.
