On technical grounds I will defer to those more technical than I am, 
however as an end user I have observed from the posts to the newsgroups 
that you are probably best served by choosing one or the other and using 
only that one.

On the other hand, if you love to tinker and can stand the headaches 
that some people experience with using both Netscape and Mozilla, then I 
suggest you repost your message on both the Netscape and Mozilla 
newsgroups with a Subject that asks what are the implications for 
running mozilla *and* netscape 6.x side by side?
