Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.8+) Gecko/20020207

My mozilla mail consistently hangs when composing messages.
I have not yet to date experienced all web-browsing and mail handling
all work right in 4 years now on Windows. There is always something
broken.

In addition to finding the bug, can we also keep track of the people
that introduce these bugs and watch them, give them warnings, etc?
I know it's all voluntary, but it works everyone if these mediocre
bugs keeps getting introduced.
