Don't copy the inbox.msf file, the *.msf files are useless.  I don't 
really understand why such a convoluted procedure was suggested.  If you 
are sure that you have moved all your mail out of Inbox, just delete 
Inbox and Inbox.msf, then use Windows Explorer to create a new blank 
text document called Inbox(with no extension).  There is no need to 
create a dummy account.
