Hi I have also found that the incoming mail filter on my local mozilla account (collecting from a POP3 box on the internet) is not able to filter mail onto my local IMAP server where I keep my mail.
Mozilla 0.97 on Linux & Windows - I can upgrade & test it again if someone thinks they have fixed this. I have also had problems dragging mail from a local mozilla folder onto my IMAP accounts - it seems to take most of the mails that I drag but not all of them over.
