I wonder why it's so difficult to use a template for sending mail. 
First, there is no obvious way to import a html-file as a template. In 
the end, I managed it, but then I had to edit the thing and when using 
the template, the composed message doesn't come up with the background I 
wanted. Compare that to Outlook Express. I like Moz, and the email, but 
this is not a way to get more users, imho.
