you didn't install it fresh clean then, drop the old profile, and create a new one. That should fix it if you really got the right file anyway. because CTRL+Enter works on my system w2k, with build 2002-02-21. because I tried hitting the key combo and a dialog box popped up asking me a question. You will probably not see this if you dont create a new profile. Something you should always do first. -dman84
