Okay, so I went there, and clicked the "install" link, and it did 
something, but I don't know what.  That link is really not clear as to 
what it's giving you.  Did it just download an icon file and put it in 
the Mozilla directory? What exactly did it do, as I can't find any such
file on my computer.

Also, there still wasn't one for the mail program.  And even if there 
was, I don't just want a different icon; I'm not concerned about that. 
The problem is that the program uses it's own icons on the taskbar 
buttons when you minimize the programs.  So changing the icons for the 
shortcut (or even the program itself) won't change the icons Mozilla 
uses on the taskbar.  Now maybe that's what this program you pointed me 
to is supposed to do, but it didn't.  Can I get some clarification.
