Mozilla mail folders are simply unix styled mailboxes less the
".mbx" extension. Adding the extension and copying the file
into the client's mail folder works for everything BUT Outhouse.
Outhouse/OE has an extremely lame import function that only
imports from specific programs, and does not currently recognize
mozilla/Netscape 6.
