Hi all, I upgraded from netscape mail 4.X to 6.2.1. Initially everything is there including the folder that we created such "friends", "meeting_note", "projects" etc. Then we created a new account setting and deleted the account setting that was created initially. The problem now is that the folder mentioned above are no longer visible so we can access the content inside them too. ANybody know how to get them back (make the folder visible again)?
Otherwise I am thinking to do it manually from a backup we have. We have a backup of the \users\jdoe\mail which contain the folder and index .snm file. Now how can I manually migrate netscape 4.x mail to netscape 6.2.1 mail? We have several folder in netscape 4.X mail and there are mails saved on each folder such as "friends", "meeting_note", "projects" etc. We want to migrate the folder and the content too to netscape 6.2.1 mail. Please help we are desperate to get this work, since the netscape 4.x now no longer running (always failed in win98 with some kind of GPF error). Thanks a million. Joe
