Hello Everyone, I just converted to Outlook 2000. I had been using Netscape Messenger, 4.76. I tried to import my Internet Mail and Addresses. I successfully performed the former, but was unsuccessful at the latter. I went into the Import and Export Wizard, selected "Import Internet Mail and Addresses," clicked "Next," selected "Netscape Messenger 4.0X" and "Import Address Book," clicked "Next," selected "Outlook Contacts Folder," with "Allow duplicates to be created," and got the message "Found no registry entry for Netscape Messenger 4.0x. Please select the mail folder for this application. I then navigated to what I thought was the correct location, C:\Program Files\Netscape\Users\<my e-mail username> and I got "0 of ) addresses imported. Can anyone help me? I shudder at the prospect at having to MANUALLY re-enter my entire address book into Outlook simply because the piece of *&^%$# application doesn't know an address book when it sees one?
Hoping you can help me, Stuart Rovin
