mailto links do not work anymore

Hi,

in the new milestone 0.9.9, WinNT, mailto: links do not work. When I 
click on such a link or enter mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] in the URL bar 
nothing happens (I installed in a new directory and used a new profile).

A bug?
