No, what I mean is this. Let's say I have 1000 messages in my 'Inbox' and 1000 messages in some other mail folder. Let's say I select a message in my inbox, say, some message from a month ago, so I have scrolled up the list to say like the 800th message in my Inbox folder. Now, I switch context to the other folder, read some message there, and then switch context back to my Inbox. When I come back to the inbox, I would expect the message list to show that 800th message from a month ago selected still, and the message list should be scrolled down/up to that point. In other words, I want mozilla's mail F/E to work the way every other major mail FE, including Communicator/Outlook/Eudora/etc. works -- which is to save list item selection state across mail folder context switches. Is there a bug number for this or shall I file one? -angus
