NEtscape is off topic here, but I'll answer your question and point you to the correct place. Create your signature in Notepad, and remember where you save it (or you can save it into a place of your choosing) In Netscape, select "Edit - Preferences - Mail&Newsgroups -Identity" In the Signature field, place the path to the file you created in Notepad. And that's it.
