I cannot agree given the nature of prefs.js
It's too easy for users to add their own stuffs to it.
So to be fair, you reset your prefs.js first, make sure
things are not ok, then you file a bug.
If things are ok, then you made the changes, then it brekas,
then you may file a bug. it could be your fault.
